Find a IT Director or IT Manager's position that will allow me to use not only my technical skill sets, and managerial skills, but also to mentor the junior staff members. I am able to travel extensively. However, would appreciate holding commute times to an hour on average. This puts Groton, Hartford & New Haven with in commute time.
