Summary of Qualifications * Startup of Outpatient Services for Youth Advocate Program in Cumberland County responsible for all billing, supervision of therapist * Medicaid eligibility daily, schedule clients, assign clinicians cases, and provide documentation for corporate office, train interns in the behavior health field, providing the necessary qualifications and learning experiences that is required * Hire clinicians and license clinical therapist to sustain the program and the various clients that we provide services for, supervise each clinician weekly * Audit programs, pass for all state audits * Experience with at risk youth for In home Detention program and Family Court system in Cumberland County. Supervise and provide services at risk youth * Group Session ( Anger Management) for Vineland Prep Academy and responsible for billing services * Clinical experience in diagnosing, usage variety of modalities, applying DSM-IV and DSM-V, and the use of the f codes, progress notes on each individual client, advocating for clients * Writing treatment plans for outpatient/behavior health, supervising/teaching clinicians the proper way of effectively writing a treatment plan * Build rapport/establishing a relationship with different providers * In home therapy/Outpatient therapy services to the youth in the community * DDD certified and assisted with the startup of the program * Certified Employee Trainer Developing new programs Marketing Valuable board member for the county
