Proven ability to be innovative and suggest and implement projects and process changes. Proven capacity to leverage internal and external partners to drive desired results. Ability to manage a team successfully and ensure they meet or exceed established productivity and quality targets. Strong problem solving skills; ability to work under pressure and make sound judgmental decisions in an ever-changing and diverse operational department. Innovation and ability to look at the big picture as each process relates to other processes and promote automation ideas/suggestions within the department which improves productivity and streamlines processes
