QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Manufacturing Engineer with over 9 years of technical and manufacturing experience supporting both Automotive and Aerospace industries * Experience leading projects from concept, design, Product Development, prototyping and to Manufacturing within the Automotive industry * Background in Reverse Engineering of automotive products including engines, motors and other mechanical components * Research Engineer in Control engineering, Advanced dynamics, and Vertical Lift Technology. * Six Sigma Green Belt certified, Lean Manufacturing trained, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping and SPC Control Chart, root cause analysis and FMEA experience * Ability to Design Verification Testing by providing instrumentation set-ups in Dynamometer Lab and ensuring test data follows Engineering Test Procedures * Experience creating and maintaining Bill of Materials for production support * Designing and developing of tooling requirements/specifications * SolidWorks, CATIA, Unigraphics, FEA software and other 2D/3D modeling experience
