Desire an executive leadership role in a small to medium sized company that is looking to professionalize and prepare itself for growth. The majority of small to medium sized businesses were created by highly bright entrepreneurs that achieved early success. They grew to a size where the entrepreneur no longer has the time to do what he/she what they do best. They spend more and more time "minding" the business rather than growing the business. I am a "minder" with organizational skills coupled with strategic planning abilities.
