A customer driven professional in the restoration building and remodeling fields. After more that 15 years of plastering and restoring older homes and commercial buildings in the Greater Cincinnati area and managing Hoerst Plastering I am looking for new challenges and opportunities. I have a variety of experiences managing my own business the last ten years including, sales of services, negotiating, scheduling, estimating, budgeting job costs and just running the day to day affairs of a small business.
