Brown has experience as the President & CEO of hospitals in Chicago and Miami and a multi-office physician group practice. Successful experience as the CFO of several hospitals in South Florida, a national dialysis company; a multi-specialty physician group practice listed on the American Stock exchange and for the regional office of a national healthcare company. As a Consulting Manager with a Big-Four CPA firm he worked turnaround projects to improve cash flow and operating efficiency for healthcare clients as a national resource. Either as an employed CFO or as an interim CFO, the goals of improving the organizational effectiveness, improved cash flow and profitability were always accomplished. With refined analytical skills, an ability to see the big picture; combined with the drive, focus, strength, enthusiasm and competence to implement the proper detailed solutions, Brown has had recognized success. Taking charge, redefining the corporate culture, developing information systems, improving cash collections in difficult circumstances, reducing expenses and reestablishing the objectives and direction of the organization is the mode for success.
