After enjoying great success leading Application Development Teams for the last 20 years as a consultant, I am looking for a permanent home in the Chicago area with a good company that values high quality software, high developer productivity and low defect counts. I prefer Agile environments and am available immediately. Besides permanent roles, contracting roles are fine with good clients, as they help expand my network and provide exposure to additional corporate cultures.
