I want to make a difference. In my various job functions, I have been a driver of continuous improvement, safety, quality, and customer service. I love to mentor people and I consider building bench strength to be a key business initiative. I am also well acquainted with budgeting processes and cost reduction. I would love to join a high quality organization where my skills and experience can contribute to ongoing success. My experience has mostly been in the electronics manufacturing industry, but many of the skills I developed over the years would be valuable in almost any work environment.
