Currently, I am leaving in Denver, Colorado and I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity. I am in need of relocating for family reasons. At this point of my life I am looking to reevaluate my priorities and I would like to start a new path in my career and start working with a leading corporate company such as yours in the hospitality industry. During my time at Campo de Fiori Group in Colorado (whom I worked in three various time during the past 20 years), I was able to open four (4) of their restaurants, generate a great cost of goods and manage kitchen payroll to goal, increase sales with various exciting programs (concierge, Ski Ambassador, etc…), and increase productivity by teaching proper techniques and using recipes as guidelines in all four (4) kitchens I was managing.
