OBJECTIVE / PRIMARY AIM To work externally in Sales Performance Management for a Consulting Firm that partners with clients to improve business processes and deliver technology driven solutions - or - internally for an Organization in the Portland Area with a large Worldwide Sales Force. Possess a broad knowledge of the Sales Performance Management area. A real passion for Incentive Compensation. Solid reputation as a Trusted Adviser to Senior and Executive Level Management. Demonstrated track record as a proactive team player achieving goals under tight deadlines and “Do What It Takes” determination is valuable in any organization. Providing guidance with vendor selection, compensation plan design, ROI assessments, solution implementation, managed services, training, and support. Work on Project Teams with the Business IT Consultant, Application Developer, Testing Analyst, and Project Manager. Coordinate, gather and clarify business requirements. Understand why test cases fail. Understand the customer's business processes to identify the value drivers associated with the project. Responsible for coordinating and providing end user training sessions. Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Ability to explain and clarifying issues with the business and translating business requirements into technical requirements for the Project Team. Desire also to train, learn and then deploy other incentive compensation software platforms such as Iconixx, NICE/Merced, Xactly, Varicent/IBM, Qcommissions, Beqom, Optymyze, Easy-Commission.
