I have a strong acumen in land development consulting, civil engineering, planning and surveying research. My involvement has included coordination of improvement plans and subdivision maps; surveys, drainage studies and agency processing for hundreds of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use developments. I have prepared countless Storm Water Prevention Pollution Plan (SWPPP) manuals using current BMPs, and due-diligence cost estimates for proposed developments.
