My goal is to continue to learn and fine tune my skills to be a successful leader. My many years of management with UPS, Valvoline Instant Oil Change and now as a small business owner have led me to this opportune time in my career. I now have a great desire to take my skills, experiences, coaching ability and talents back into the corporate world. I want to help my next employer grow and prosper. I had the unique opportunity to challenge myself like few others and start a small business. I have learned through this journey that life isn't like a box of chocolates but more like a box of mixed legos and you have to be able to make the best of what you got! Though my business did not bring me riches it proved to me that I can accomplish anything.
