Description
Diverse management, design, construction and detailing skills including experience in all aspects of contract documentation: proposal development, field investigation, existing document review, preliminary design, final design, detailing, and coordination between disciplines, specification writing, cost estimating, shop drawing review and resolution of field problems. Experience includes development of layout and detail contract drawings for Civil, Structural and Mechanical disciplines; supervision of design teams, construction services teams, CAD department as well as primary liaison with outsource vendors.
