Served as, provides on-site support for the Kansas City VA Medical Center's (KCVA) Medical Records, Release of Information, and Scanning departments Utilize many VA-specific software programs, including CPRS, on a daily basis to complete assigned tasks Act as a point-of-contact for peers with questions and trains any Iron Mountain employees new to working with the Kansas City VA Routinely meets and exceeds performance standards set by KCVA staff Assumes new roles and responsibilities as needed and as assigned to include: taking patient phone inquiries processing Release of Information requests to outside sources as well as Veterans and processing new files to be scans Receiving and distributing faxes from Rightfax. Scheduling appointment and sending reminders. front-line point of contact for all external and internal customers entering the Courthouse Answered multi-line phone and relayed detailed messages when appropriate Accountable for all in-processing of guests entering the Courthouse Assisted in arranging court schedules and various details associated with daily hearings
