Baskervill is one of Richmond's oldest and experienced architectural and engineering firms. Responsibilities included New client development for each of eight different service groups proposal development marketing budgets and client relations. Clough Harbour & Associates is a 1200 person North American firm based engineering firm specializing in civil and transportation engineering. Responsibilities included: Opening Clough Harbour's first Virginia offices in Richmond and Fairfax. Developing client base identifying opportunities and growing the firm in Virginia. In 2001 upon departing Clough Harbour Virginia staff had grown to 31 professionals. The Olympic Regional Development Authority was formed by the State of New York following the 1980 Winter Olympic Games as the management entity to operate market and promote the Olympic Venues in Lake Placid. Responsibilities included event management owner's representative on capital improvements projects marketing International Winter Sports Federation compliance and environmental compliance.
