My work experience in Home & Commercial Loan Servicing along with my accounting degree and background has enabled me to offer a wide-range of skills in any position. Using risk management and analysis I have provided coaching and skill development for front-line production associates. Reviewing QA error trends, and true root errors I’ve been able to assist with procedural material & process changes; organize, develop and deliver Readiness Training & Huddles. I have strong work ethics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have extensive knowledge of loan documents, state legislation and government regulations.
