Over 20 years of experience supporting Windows, & Linux platforms. Highly experienced in all facets of managing these environments including system administration, pre / post sales consulting, installation and configuration, troubleshooting and support. High level of expertise in managing client/server, midrange and enterprise environments, as well as SAN and storage solutions and cloud. Knowledge of and experience with Windows technologies such as Server platforms, Desktop platforms, Active Directory. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2003, 2008) running on 32-bit and 64-bit hardware. Web servers (such as Apache HTTPD) Develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures and configuration. Install, de-commission and document hardware and software requests as needed.
