I am an enterprise Information Technology architect defining and delivering CIO/CTO initiatives for agencies and companies who are looking to evolve and improve their IT service offerings/capabilities and reduce their operations costs. I specialize in strategic planning for service providers and data centers, including data center consolidation, data center migration, design and implementation of new service offerings/architectures, and ITIL-based operations models. I manage the design, implementation, cutover, and operations of systems and architectures. I have planned and executed multiple enterprise data center migrations and have experience estimating, planning, scheduling and managing labor across multiple work forces. I have experience with government security and business continuity/disaster recovery implementations.
