I have been working as Program Manager since 2012 in the `Marketing Innovation for Health' program funded by USAID in Bangladesh with the Social Marketing Company one of the biggest social marketing companies in the world. 27 years experiences About in the strategic program planning development implementation advocacy and social mobilization team building strategic partnership development knowledge management research & capacity development financial management procurement etc. in UN agencies International Organizations Government NGOs and private sector organizations in health and population sectors in Bangladesh. Major Responsibilities Include: Lead overseeing and managing effective implementation of `Notun Din' community mobilization program of the `Marketing Innovation for Health' implemented by 4 partner NGOs in 19 priority districts in Bangladesh. Provide all technical supports in planning & development capacity and materials development & lead formal and informal program monitoring & evaluation partnership development coordination & communication etc. Undertakake all activities including implementation research including different types of report preparations and presentations. The major activities include: * Development of community mobilization strategy annual work plans budgets IEC/BCC materials and tools Planning development and management of program implementation including monitoring and evaluation * Mobilize and advocate all respective stakeholders in effective operation of program in the field levels * Provide technical support in the areas of capacity development materials & tools development media production and develop training materials including training workshops meeting conductions state of the art Innovation development and functioning of about 840 community sales agents for marketing health products to the community people in 19 low performing districts in Bangladesh.
