I'm available for travel and movements. My career was consolidated as Senior Engineering Supervisor at Embraer. Among the main activities, highlight: * PMI Management of the development project of several programs such as: ERJ145, AMX / A1M, SIVAM, ERJ170 / 175/190/195, Phenom 100/300, Legacy 500/ 450 and KC390, acting in the elaboration of quotation, description of requirements, preliminary design, planning, conception, specification, planning, materials procurement, implementation, integration, operation and technical support being responsible to manage US$ 50 million. * Worked with engineering projects, instrumentation, avionics, automation, operation, maintenance and support to flight test and certification campaign, as well as the preparation of the annual budget of the area in accordance with the top management guidelines. * Management of MPP (Master Phase Plan), WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), HLR (High Level Requirements) Roadmaps and organizational action plans. * Responsible for the implementation and managing the Lean system using the following tools: SIPOC, 5S, DMAIC, VSM, MFA, RCCA, QCPC, SLA, KPI, Poka Yoke, Scrum, Kaizen in engineering and design procedures. * Highlight to the 50% reduction in the need for engineering's labor due to a simplification of engineering processes, saved US$ 2.7 million for Embraer programs due to philosophy change to the development of embedded instrumentation bringing greater flexibility to the flight test campaigns, 80% of time reduction to design modifications due to formation of high performance engineering and design teams to support the prototypes during the flight test campaigns and certifications, win the Gold certification as part of the Business Excellence Embraer program.
