I am a goal oriented person who knows how to motivate staff. I thrive in an environment where I can use my analytical skills to improve processes. Working in cross-functional workgroups to improve efficiencies and or quality is one if the things I enjoy. I am able to help improve efficiency and quality due to the training I have obtained with Lean and Six Sigma training. I look forward to using my skills to increase key process indicators for my new employer.
