As a leader. I encourage my teams to be active participants. I expect them to express their opinions professionally. I expect constructive input about how we can make our company stronger. To accomplish this, I lead by example with my teams and Management. Behind closed doors, I tell Management - including Ownership - what they need to hear, rather than just what they may want to hear. However, once we leave the room -- our company message is united. Taking this strong approach led to a successful turnaround during my most recent position. I am known as a man of integrity who gets the job done. My background and experience allow me to speak candidly among all disciplines as well as from a CPA financial perspective .
