My career objective would be to continue to serve as a Senior EHS Staff, Regional Manager or Director with functional responsibility for overseeing safety professionals within a multi-plant, regional or global position. My responsibilities would involve supporting, developing and implementing EHS Leadership and Management Systems , and mentoring organizational leaders to a higher level of performance through the implementation of strategic EHS Business Plans enterprise wide. Plans which by design ensure continuous improvement processes are driven and supported by resources and leading activities which underpin transformational EHS leadership into visible effectiveness throughout the organization. My experience and talent would create value and organizational capabilities which would yield incident free and risk controlled work environments managed by leaders who process the knowledge, skills and abilities to sustain an injury free culture.
