Description
From my first experiences in long term care, I have had a passion for creating opportunities for residents to experience their preferred lifestyle while living in community. I have led staff through the marketing, construction, occupancy and accreditation of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). I developed and led a person centered long term care initiative. I developed and led a non-medical private personal services agency serving residents of a CCRC.
