Experience Summary * Responsible for developing test strategy, plans and manages the QA team to get to the outcomes in delivering releases on time while exceeding customer expectations on product quality * Effective communication skills to work in distributed environment and driving testing approach, process and tools in improving quality of the product releases. * Experience in working closely with engineering, product management and operations on defining QA plans and ensuring the test suites are helping improve the quality of the products * Responsible for working with the team to develop and enhance manual and automated tests for new features and regressions * Responsible to identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan * Responsible to develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data and data validation * Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members * Responsible to identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management * Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements * Implement product quality metrics and quantitative quality management methods and tools * Manage/overseeing the development, execution and review of Test Plan, Test Strategy, and Test Methodology, analysis of test results, metrics, measurement and reporting and driving quality standards across the organization * Below is the list of Customers I have worked in the past and currently working for UNIVISION client and managing the huge Program w.r.t Data and Analytics UNIVISION Chubb Insurance American Express Capital One Lexis Nexus British Telecom Estee Lauder Ciba Vision Pepsico Harcourt Cisco Systems GTNexus Subex Systems Philips Software Center Capgemini) ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR 2014 to till date.
