Mr. Dengler brings over nine years of business experience, including over five years of Project Management and Health Information Technology consulting experience, having worked across multiple government and commercial organizations. He has experience working on health reform implementation activities related to: electronic medical record content, structure, and transport protocols; database architecture and design; healthcare delivery system transformation; and health insurance marketplace development and oversight. Mr. Dengler’s expertise also includes providing clients and companies with health IT strategy, as well as program and project oversight to both large and small systems development projects. He has a comprehensive understanding of federal government contracting with experience in program financial management, budgeting, and risk reporting. He also possesses extensive knowledge of proposal writing, contributing to over thirty proposals, most recently leading the development of over ten business volumes. Mr. Dengler has proven to be adept at developing strategies, approaches, plans, and tools for monitoring contract performance and risk while delivering results on time and within budget.
