With over 15 years of Board Level Management experience my career has encompassed driving change for both large and small Engineering and Manufacturing Companies and has shown the dedication, accountability and commitment to results gained through several years serving as an officer in the British Military. Proven track record has been gained through a variety of manufacturing assignments and large-scale projects both nationally and internationally. These assignments range from high to low volume manufacturing and production to $6 billion projects including the concept, design, build and commissioning of premises and equipment for the tyre and rubber industry, nuclear power stations, transport infrastructure and other key manufacturing areas. Drive to succeed and achieve results in a friendly manner but at the same time maintain quality and standards. I have the ability to absorb and impart information to others and work within standard operating procedures. Communication, the need to enjoy challenging situations, and a systematic and perfectionist approach to problems is integral in my approach.
