Current Career Goals To join an organization where I have the ability to grow and make changes where needed that will improve the organization. I have over ten years of managerial experience with approximately 70 direct reports. I have part of the change management team where we created SLA’s that were designed to increase operational efficiencies by improving the product while reducing costs. My responsibilities including performing internal audits to ensure that the organization was SOX compliant, review billing and all AR to ensure our revenue projections were accurate. I managed an annual budget of 3.4 million dollars and was required to provide of monthly forecast to ensure that we would not overspend. I also completed monthly bank reconciliations. I want to be part of an organization that will give me the opportunity to utilize my prior experience while presenting new challenges and experiences that will allow me to grow professionally. Im a team player but I also believe in holding myself to a higher standard. I can motivate a team and provide them the guidance and support to be successful.
