Seeking leadership position where my managerial, organizational, operational, and esperience can be optimized in a motivational healthcare enviornment. Would prefer an assistant director or director position. I have managed units across the continuum (critical care, med surg, and now manage a large supplemental staffing program that serves both inpatient and outpatient patient populations.
