My professional background includes ten years of information technology experience. Close to three years of lead database editor experience and seven years of IT network operations support skill. Additional experiences include technical writing and documentation of technical processes. This includes TCP/IP, analog and wireless support. Experience also includes working with SQL, visio, ms excel and word. In addition, technical experiences include installation, configuration of POS technologies, scanners, routers, switches, desktops, notebooks and servers.
