I am most passionate when I am in a position to help drive progress within an organization - to create efficient, sustainable processes that eliminate key person risk, and always with an eye on the bottom line. I have worked with budgets of varying scale and have been described by my managers as someone who "just gets things to work". Over the course of my career I have honed my data analytics skills and consistently applied hard-fought conclusions to effect strategic change in business workflows, resource allocation and headcount/staffing. In such pursuits, I have worked seamlessly alongside Trading, Sales and Marketing teams - and I enjoy solid relationships with senior executives in the Managing Director/C - level suite, and interact seamlessly at those levels to communicate ideas, as well as actively participate in those discussions that drive the strategy of the groups I am a part of.
