I am looking to get further into the IT field. I enjoy learning different aspects of of the field. It is always interesting when I run into a problem and have to use different references to troubleshoot. I get a satisfaction after figuring out a problem, to see the customer's reaction of joy. With my skills and my experiences, I have a lot to offer a prospective employer.
