I am a Family Nurse Practitioner looking for an opportunity in my home state of Colorado. My present position in a male youth correctional facility. I would like to find a position in a family or internal medicine practice setting that will allow me to have more patient contact. My recent experience working with the Navajo Indians in New Mexico afforded me the chance to work with a population from new born to late 80’s. I gained experience working with an incredible group of people who needed my expertise and care. As much as I enjoyed the reservation and the community I am looking to work in my home state and area. I enjoy working in collaborative environments with health professionals, patients and care providers to address the health care needs of patients and families. My personality is a outgoing and a lifelong learner. I have enjoyed all parts of my career and look forward to the next opportunity. I am flexible with my hours and days.
