IT OPERATIONS MANAGER

I am highly skilled and accomplished Fortune 500 Enterprise/Data Center IS Manager. I have directed a team of fifteen Data Center Operators, providing help desk/desktop, software, hardware, network, and connectivity support for multi-state location with 5,000 employees. In addition, I have managed new network installations, upgrades and conversions, as well as new technology roll-outs. I have achieved a large degree of success by changing the paradigm of the data center from a cost center to a value-added group. This goal was achieved by partnering with internal customers and linking technology solutions to cost efficiencies, productivity, leaner operations, and bottom-line profitability. I have directed project initiatives, including a UPS expansion and second generation back-up, a centralized data center inventory system, a Hurricane Katrina recovery initiative, and the implementation of a computerized order tracking system. Frank earned his degree in Business Administration along with an ITIL Foundation Certification.
