I have extensive history in customer service and specifically dealing with complaints and returns. I work closely with Accounting in determining solutions and credit limits for our customers. I have worked as a liaison disseminating information and planning with Architects, Designers, General Contractors, Installers and End users. I'm adept at working with all of these vastly different personality types and education levels. I also understand creating commercial invoices, working with customs, inputting tariff codes and converting measurements and monetary difference in international dealings.
