I'm currently the business owner of my small business. I aspire to help people by teaching them valuable skills & strategies to make their health & wealth more prosperous. I have several years of experience lifting weights and participating in aerobic exercise and team sports (football, basketball, track & field). I've also done research regarding the dangers of a high carb diet that the FDA has been telling us for years, actually I believe along with Dr. William Davis, author of Wheat Belly, that the wheat we are feed is toxic, destructive, and harmful to our bodies as it is an unnatural Frankenstein kind of wheat. My current goals for 2016 are to help 100 people reach their ideal weight, 10 people master three key health strategies, and 1 person to be able to leave their job and join me as a Health & Wellness Consultant. My best talent is helping individuals & teams focus & develop their unique strengths for maximum growth & potential for the benefit of all. My second best talent is my belief. I believe in God, Jesus Christ and His power to save, heal, and perform miracles even today. I also believe that He helps people change who want to change, He never forces anyone against their will. I believe people can change & grow, that's why my favorite color has always been green - the color of growth.
