Description
From my time in both P&C Insurance companies the last 2.5 years in a telematics/insurance service industry, I have gained a multitude of valuable and transferable skills. I currently commute between 4-5 hours a day to my office, and with a family, a new house and changing priorities outside of my professional life, I am searching for a job where I am a positive and productive addition to an organization closer to where I have now planted my roots. My experience throughout the past ten years has supplied me with an extensive working knowledge of the Massachusetts P& C insurance industry. I recognize the importance of customer service excellence, have mastered the ability to collaborate with current and potential clients to build successful incentive programs, work hand in hand with outside sales representatives and have been effective in gathering and analyzing data to improve the awareness of a technology still in it's infancy, user based telematics. I feel I would be more effective in an underwriting role now. I have the necessary skills and confidence to work independently and make decisions, have a firm grasp of risk and the knowledge needed to determine said risk, and the desire to continue to learn and improve within the insurance discipline.
