Founded Clean Engines International, collaborating with Philippine government officials (Mayoral offices to Senators to the President). Secured International funding (Asia/United Kingdom), orchestrated the rollout of product, reducing pollution up to 90% and reducing fuel operating costs by 50% per vehicle, doubling the wages of taxi drivers. Identified a need for helmets in Vietnam, and in collaboration with the Vietnamese Minister of Interior and others, co-wrote and passed the first helmet law, secured funding and constructed the first helmet factory in Vietnam, supplying helmets throughout Vietnam and Asia. Launched the first international standard computer network integration company in Vietnam serving startup offices of Fortune 500 companies and International Embassies (BP, AIG, Motorola, CitiBank, Toyota, Sheraton, Hilton, Swiss, US, British, and Korean Embassies)
