Social entrepreneurship and public policy advocacy are at the core of each of my successful ventures. From my roots in consumer advocacy and my efforts to lead the charge in the Legislative Branch of government to save a Nationally Accredited Laboratory Elementary School, to raising of funds to build a community center in a neglected area of a local jurisdiction, I have contributed to the empowerment of disenfranchised communities and advanced goals to successful conclusions. Known as an "early adopter," I have been able to artfully analyze national best practices and custom-fit them into corporate environments. As an agent of change, I revised an Integrated Care Model, that improved patient experience, clinical outcomes, and bottom line. I organized the incorporation of Joint Commission Accreditation standards to an integrated care model & new intervention protocols required by an urban environment where patterns of patient behavior differ from the rural settings that gave rise to this model originally.
