During my tenure at Morgan Stanley and UBS, my experience included; Institutional Equity Research Sales, covering accounts from five hundred million dollars to five billion dollars, Equity Syndicate Coordinator, where I was responsible for the allocation and distribution for Morgan Stanley’s Capital Market products, IPO’s, secondary offerings and Preferred stock. I was also instrumental in creating client-centric data structure for an Institutional Securities division to allow straight processing and standardized client identification. Facilitated streamlining firm-wide trade entry, execution, enrichment, and settlement processes (STP) for Morgan Stanley PWM. My tenure at Morgan Stanley and UBS also included Private Wealth Management as a Senior Vice President. While in each of these capacities I increased growth in clients, revenue production, distribution and AUM in each subsequent year. Distinctions included Directors and President Club honors.
