QUALIFICATIONS * Customer service skills * Ability to work well independently and on a team. * Organizational skills, Communication, Organization and Problem solving skills to manage project tasks and meet deadlines. * Experience with MS-Dos, Red Hat Linux, Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 and Server 2003, Microsoft Office 2000 - 2010. * Microsoft Exchange Client/Server 2003/2007/2010. * Knowledge of Cisco Systems as well as various peripherals, such as configuring Cisco 4600 catalyst routers and switches. * 14 years' experience in computer maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and customer service. * Computer Deployment of HP, Dell, Apple, Lenovo and IBM Pc's Desktops, Laptops, and Servers. * Knowledge of VMware. * Installed Microsoft Virtual PC/Server 2004 / 2005 Created hard drive partitions and installed virtual software. * Experience handling & managing public web servers running ISS (administration and troubleshooting) * Experience designing and/ or managing SAN implementations. * Wireless Communication of configuring Wi-Fi networks. * Strong Hands on experience with Windows Server - designing, administration, troubleshooting (2003/2008) * Thorough understanding of cluster and load balanced server environment. * Experience writing technical documentation for server and creating Visio diagrams for web servers. * Installed Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010. * Knowledge of Kiosk Computers at St. John Mercy Hospital. * Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. & ACHIEVEMENTS
