With more than 15years of telecom software development and testing experience, from requirement & domain analysis to field deployment at customer site, accomplished key milestones and established long term customer engagement in India and other countries. During these periods I was fortunate to work in several great companies in various roles namely as a project & test manager, product test manager, verification Manager and member technical staff for developing people, bringing new projects, setting up infrastructure labs and liaison with their partner companies. All these opportunities enabled me to develop strong multicultural awareness as well as the foundation of leadership skills.
