Utilize telecommunications product and service ordering expertise to streamline and flow through mechanized service requests through the ordering, provisioning and billing systems. I have recently acquired BI skills; utilizing EXCEL, ACCESS, SQL and SSRS reporting services which can provide current views of data for pro-active analysis and problem resolution. I would love to remain in the industry, which is always evolving. It's exciting to automate manual process steps and to provide reporting tools that can save managers time so that they can concentrate on their primary job responsibilities.
