Track records of hands-on mass production for diffractive components on fused silica in the Class100 clean room with highly innovative approaches and outstanding performance for advanced research institutions, optical fiber industry, laser module applications, aerospace development, military applications, medical DNA analysis and all other related territories. Strong hands-on optical engineering skills, including holographic recroding strategy, diffractive optical design, simulation and experiment, optical system alignment, characterization and data processing, analytic capability etc., which have become the strong fundamental assets to my career development for the future challenge of cross-functional field applications.
