Demonstrating leadership in the meat packing, juice beverage, and chemical industries it has been my opportunity to gain a wide spectrum of knowledge and training relating to personnel management, product and raw goods inventory, machinery maintenance and changeover issues, safety as it relates to the manufacturing and processing world, interaction with USDA, EPA, Rabbinical groups, and vendors, as well as the drafting of SSOP’s, SOP’s, GMP’s and job description outlines for training purposes. Working in environments using TQM and Six SIGMA guidelines for lean manufacturing, I am currently enrolled in the local community college for their Green Belt Lean 6 Sigma program. I have worked successfully under SQF and BRC guidelines, preparing the plant for all aspects of the sanitation audit. It is my endeavor to be proactive in areas of safety management, cost savings implementation, and productivity enhancement. To that end it has been my privilege to implement several programs with those objectives in mind.
