Over 30 years' experience of medical administration including 29 years of service in Pakistan Army medical corps. It was basically a leadership role requiring multi skilled expertise in a large number of different disciplines including man management Human Resource Management budgeting and accounting inventory control maintenance of equipment and buildings day to day problem solving future planning and its implementation and also to monitor and facilitate the professional growth of the under command doctors nurses and paramedics. The performances evaluation was an integral part of the job and implementation of set /assigned goals through target oriented approach and monitoring the progress in right direction was really challenging and productive. The various positions held include command of a large number of junior officers positions to the top management and decision making. The middle and top management position occupied during last 15 years also had self as well as under command persons training and professional growth as integral part of job description. During my command of various hospitals a large number of doctors/officers completed their fellowship including several PHDs in different disciplines. More over training of Nurses and Para medical staff was also part of my duties as commanding officer/commandant of the hospital in Pakistan Army Medical corps. Plan Deploy and monitor medical support for a huge organization like Pakistan Rangers Punjab scattered all over the province. * Policy making and evolving Standard Operating Procedures of Pakistan Rangers Punjab medical services. Management monitoring and performance appraisal of a large number of Subordinates at various appointments in Pakistan Army during service. It includes from very senior Doctors (specialist) down to the lowest level. * To Introduce employment of target / goal oriented approach in the organization To achieve assigned objectives and perform objective analysis of progress and Performance of staff and organization both. * Hospital administration of various large hospitals of Pakistan Army. * Man management including their employment training and welfare. Information Management in different large organizations. * Participation in Disaster Management Operations like earthquake and floods. * Inventory management / control of large organizations. Keeping the hospital / outfit ready to provide medical support during War / Emergencies /other natural calamities. * Procurement and maintenance of electro medical equipment of the large Hospitals and keep monitoring its function and maintenance. * Working in international environment while serving with United Nations (ONUB) dealing with the patients / person from different countries / cultures / races / religions. * To also monitor and manage organizations like CPSP having HQ at Karachi and various sub centers in and outside country.
