Need Teamcenter Business Analyst @ Erie, PA -12 months Job Title: Teamcenter Business Analyst Location: Erie, PA Duration:12 months Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8-10 Yrs. Technical/Functional Skills Must have hands-on experience working with Teamcenter 9 & beyond • Experience in gathering requirements and functional specification documentation • Proven experience in leading workshops to identify requirements, provide solutions and validate design/configuration • Very good Manufacturing process experience. • Strong expertise with Teamcenter UA within Engineering and Manufacturing • NX CAD experience helpful • Experience with agile requirements/Stories, • Data Migration Experience helpful • Strongly preferred to be on-site • Ability to help guide functional Team Leads to best solution for the business needs, • Document Requirements / Agile Stories and Epics In HPQC ALM 11 • Writes Functional Design Spec • Documents Detailed step by step Test Cases In HPQC ALM 11 • Supports Testing cycles • Project Management Experience helpful • Able to Lead technical requirements meeting Experience Required (in Yrs) 8-10 Yrs. Roles & Responsibilities • Requirement Analysis • Coordination with SMEs for requirements • Provide proof of concept(POC) if required • Capture all the requirements in the Quality Center (QC) • Document all the OOTB defects and follow up with DS. • Functional Spec Documentation • Obtain BRD and FS sign off from business team • Technical Design • Provide functional support to development and testing team • Coordinate SIT and UAT with business users. • Provide demos to users as and when required • Prepare training material and arrange training sessions for business users Generic Managerial Skills • Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects • Strong oral and written communication skills • Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Eagerness to mentor junior team members • Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office tools. Proven writing skills for mass communication.
