Established customer pipeline took 1003 applications for conventional residential and commercial loans pulled and evaluated credit report submitted loan to lender ensuring proper financial analysis of potential new and existing borrowers throughout processing to funding. * Drove by properties with NOD filed with the County. Distributed promotional flyers personal contact with mortgagor and/or tenant. Probed for disposition related to property. Sold financial service. * Contacted delinquent mortgagors offering/educating on alternatives to foreclosure of property. Provided leads to Loss Mitigation staff on potential deals to reduce loss to mortgagor and investor. * Researched and verified tax status on collateral security throughout loan status responding to vendors and internal/external customers.
