Description
Servicing businesses throughout Northern New England I manage services such as general cleaning, floor care, landscaping, snow removal, lighting, HVAC and other Facilities Maintenance responsibilities as well as making recommendations on customer experience and presentation. I partner with Customer Site Management, District and Regional Management, as well as contracted Service Vendors in order to coordinate acceptable and thorough execution of services in maintaining a customer service environment. Sourcing, hiring, firing and training vendors and their staff as well as actively selling services to grow the business are primary functions in this position.
